Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your magical bag. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new accessory brings you the joy and elegance you deserve!

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included and undamaged
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the magical quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards (if applicable)
• Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
• Used or damaged items not in original condition
• Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Enchanters

Send us a magical message at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information:

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our customer service enchanters will send you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the following in your return package:

• Item in original condition with all tags
• Original packaging
• Copy of your order confirmation or receipt
• Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

• Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – refunded to your card
• PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchanged item has a different price, we’ll process a refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our enchanted warehouse safely
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International Returns

Since we serve customers worldwide (except some Asian countries and remote areas), international returns are accepted. However, customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your magical bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
